I film often 1080p at 25fps w/ stereo sound. Never had an issue with write speeds. It is still a Class 10 after all

I imagine its ok if you dont need fast write speeds, i.e. a basic cheap HD camcorder, but I shoot at 88 Mbit on my GH2, this wont handle it at all.
Class 10 means nothing, the Extreme Pro can write at 95MB/s.....The Ultra writes at 8MB/s according to a review.
Both are Class 10, but many many classes apart in perfromance

I use a 600D. These cards are Megabytes not megabits (remember 8 megabits to every 1 megabyte), so for 88 Mbit you'd need a card with at least 11MB/s. I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that this card writes minimum 12.99 MB/s.

I have this card and a 500D. I can confirm it it is very fast for continuous shooting. Shame I paid the £25 for it! Sure you can buy faster - but that's like anything, the price just gets higher and higher (bar SSDs which are getting lower and lower all the time!). Unless you are a e.g. sports photographer and need ridiculously fast write speeds for mass photos within a short space of time, this is more than adequate.

Shame I just ordered the Extreme card yesterday, as this would have been perfect for my camera
Update: Bonus, it's not been dispatched yet as it was a pre-order, I might as well go save some money and order this instead :)

Great find, I have had the 16GB for ages and no problems in my 550D.

32gb is £17.99 although not quite as fast.

I'm sure it reads around there or there about's. I think write is about 5-10Mb/s slower judging on the Extreme's 30MB/s review and performance test

It has gone down lower now.
