I had wanted to buy one then, but i think i missed out on the deal, and it went back to £10. So i have been waiting for a price drop, and think that £6.99 is a GREAT PRICE (though £5 would of course be better!)

I know the price may drop to a fiver again, but i cannot wait and take the risk!! The average price has been about £20...and it originally came on the market for £50.

There is also Quidco on this. I do not have TCB yet, so do not know, but i would have thought so.

Brief details:-

Simply connect the wireless adapter to a free USB port on your computer and you'll be tapping, swiping and pinching around your favourite programmes in no time.
The STP113 supports Windows multitouch gestures.
It meantions that it is designed for Windows 8, but i believe from earlier post that it will work with other windows versions.

Peace :)

Yes i know, but others have said it will work on Win7, and i hope it will work on Vista :) It is 'designed for Windows 8' in so far as it emulates the touchscreen pinch and zoom etc, i believe..

Can you use a mouse at the same time or does this replace the mouse?
#6
it works fine in win 7 and yes you can use a mouse at the same time

You need to plug the receiver into a USB port so if you have an otg cable I dont see why not

Why can I find no review or video of this online.
Is it that bad its not worth commenting on.
Or is it that good that you dont have time to review.
If you have one please let is no if its worth buying!

I bought one @ 4.99. It does what it says on the tin. It's quite sensitive, requires only a light touch.
#25
Cheap deal but I found it useless, unless mine is faulty. I bought it in the previous deal for £4.99. Way too sensitive which meant it was selecting things that I didn't want to. Ended up going back in the box

Sandstrom is Curry's own brand. So it's not as if they'd be giving these out to reviewers.

These aren't worth a fiver. Such a pain to use and mine went back in the box within an hour. Probably list it in the FSFT section tomorrow.

It's a nice idea but you really do get heat you pay for, the touchpad sensitivity and accuracy is dreadful.
Each to their own though, some might find it ok for their needs.

I got one last time around and it works great on windows 7. My left button on my laptop touchpad has died so i use the sandstrom all the time. Maybe a bit more sensitive than my laptops pad, but you get used to it really quick.
It also works on my PS3 but cant go back a page for some weird reason. If i am using PS3 onscreen keyboard this trackpad saves so much time when typing (moving between letters and selecting)
