looks like boots has some competition for my lunches now!
#2
had this the other day, the sandwhich range was a bit limited

It's not that amazing, packed lunch is cheaper.
#5
Not as good as the previous meal deal. They changed the sandwiches last week to just the oval bite.
So cold from me.

£3/day = £15/week = £780/year. Are you made of money?

Make your own!

Think they make a killing from these. £15 for the week.
5 smilar cookies from sainsbury cant be more than £1
5 cans from most freezer shop £1.25

Much nicer sandwiches if you make your own or go to M&S.

£3 and I think its overpriced by Greggs. £2 would have been better.

Cold from me. I can make much better sarnies and my drinks definitely dont cost £1.10 per half litre and are just as good, if not better.

2.99 is an expected price now, thanks to the Boots deals, plus the ovalbites aren't exactly big.
#19
I recommend everyone takes a packed lunch in these times of recession, you save loads of money and packed lunches are usually healthier.

What Can i say about Greggs Pizza now :|
#21
I remeber buying a ham & pinapple pizza slice from Greggs sometime in the 90's.. was quite nice but lukewarm
#22
"Make your own packed lunch"...but some people can't be arsed to :)
Also £3, that's only half an hour work on even £6ph.

Although I have thought about doing it, spend far too much in the staff canteen!.

They need to, because their current range is bad quality rubbish - although a lot of people seem to like their rubbish, which surprises me.

Didn't realize Greggs had stretched down the rest of the country as much as it has.

Its called taste.
Not everyone will like what you like and vice-versa.
Greggs are not at all bad. Light years better than Boots, for instance.
Range isn't great to be sure.
Although the rest of the country won't have stotty cake sarnies, which are delicious.;-)
Its essentially what Greggs started off with in the 60s in Newcastle.
