I then went back and bought another 10 :D.
Obviously a mis-price at the checkout!

If you buy something in the knowledge it's a misprice, with the specific intention of obtaining a financial advantage, then it's theft - which is not really in the spirit of this website

Cold.

Roll On the next wasted trip!

Phil lighten up, geez some people must have really sad lives. If ASDA have messed up thier pricing thats thier own fault im sure they wouldnt mind if they overcharge you for something.

McDeals is contacting ASDA to let them know about this. I am also ringing the police as this is THEFT
#18
Joe91 i am passing your details to Lancaster police department
#19
a mistake scanning at £1.00 in my local store
#20
i dont think this should be voted hot if not available to you because otherwise this would be voted really hot and only available to very few people, and it pushes other deals that may be available to everyone out of the spotlight.

I'm perfectly 'light' thanks
Yes, it is their own fault it they've fluffed the pricing up, and yes I have no problem with taking advantage of a retailer's errors, but this site is supposed to be about deals and bargains, not pricing mistakes. But clearly a lot of people don't understand the difference

I couldn't really give a toss about the theft aspect, but that's technically what it is under the definitions of The Theft Act.
Would you endorse similar posts promoting outright shoplifting as well to get things cheaper, would that be acceptable to you?
