as always it's difficult to shop from the orange site! They must have very little bandwidth.

How do you know they got your order? Do they send an e-mail or display a confirmation on the web page?

You should get an email confirmation... and a confirmation to print out from the web page with an order number...

But thats where it ends, these people are awfull to deal with... they just cancel orders without any notification, you can not get through to their customer services, they sell items they do not have in stock and make you wait weeks to months for delivery without any correspondence at all...

So my money's authorised from my card and my order hasn't been accepted then :( wonder if I should bother trying again or if they'll even worse take my money without delivering the goods ordered.

My order was accepted but jumped from address to confirmationmissing out payment page, £0 payment. So must have sold out??

I got one of these last time it was on. It only lasted about 6 months.

PLEASE don't buy one of these unless it's a temporary solution. I have had them in the past and they are GUARANTEED to break within or soon after the year warranty! The tips break all the time and the cables get worn out and get dodgy connections.

If you want my advice, then look at spending over £50 for a reliable product with a decent warranty. I tried out an Innergie mCube Lite with three years warranty and I've had no issues for well over two years now!
