  Good to see that all these high spec GPUs falling in price. Thats an other sign of the 5x more efficient (not more powerful !) GPUs are on the way :)

  Got a 6870 myself and it runs everything great, HOWEVER, the price difference compared to the 6850 was much less significant when I got it, so if you're going for this bracket of card I'd probably suggest going for the 6850 at this moment in time considering it's only a slight dip in performance and you'll likely be looking to upgrade either around the same kinda time.

  Great card at a great price I have this one on an i5 2500k. It runs bf3 on high settings, not ultra for anyone who thinks it may.

  If you have more money then get the GTX 570, it can play all games on ultra however if not then get the 6850 and then wait for the price to come down.

  I'm a little confused with how these cards haven't dropped more given the amount of time they've been available. I bought an XFX 6870 Black Edition for £126 back in July. Still, great card and voted hot as Sapphire are pretty good!

  it a good price, i still using 5850 in cross as got the second very cheap when they dropped after 8 months, cant see point in upgrade as yet.
