This trick only works when your first flight is from outside the UK and will only work on the desktop version of easyJet.com and not the mobile website or app.

When booking with easyJet, if the first flight of the booking starts from the uk, any other flights in the booking that don't originate in the uk automatically get a 15-20% discount.

E.g. If I book London - Malaga return, the flight from Malaga to London automatically gets 15-20% off as the first flight in the booking starts from the UK. Whereas if I book Malaga to London return, there is no 15-20% discount. (This means suppose every London to Malaga flight cost £100 each way, the Lon-Malaga-Lon flight will cost £185 total whilst the Malaga-Lon-Malaga flight will cost £200 but the trick below will reduce it to £185)

Now for the trick. When booking Malaga to London return, first add the return leg to the booking separately i.e. London to Malaga, then click add more flights, then add the outward flight i.e. Malaga to London, it will automatically switch the flights round (as if you've booked Malaga to London return), but it will still apply the 15-20% discount.

If one is booking a single journey, let's say, Marrakech to London, the way to get the 15-20% off is as follows:

Add any flight starting from the UK to your booking let's say Edinburgh to Paris, then click add more flights and add Marrakech to London (the discount is then applied) then remove the flight starting from the uk by clicking the cross in the box of the flight starting from the UK and the discount will remain (the flight price will go up slightly due to the booking fee but the discount will stay).

Tried both ways, once you continue with the booking it returns to the higher price unfortunately.

There are a lot of these so called tricks out there but the majority will increase at final stage of booking.
edreams is a good example, they even have flights for -£ but will charge £90 at the final stage for credit cards.

I'll double check how I did it and let you know in a few mins, but it'll Def work if you add a random British flight first, then add normally the other flights and then remove the british flight, tried and tested, might work better if you remove the flight only after clicking continue

Just a live example. Athens to Manchester 21/12 returning 23/12 is £315. If you first add Manchester to Athens on 23/12 to the booking and then click add more flights and add Athens to Manchester on the 21/12, the price will go down by £30 to £284. I checked it through to the payment page and it stays at 284

does this work for anyone else?

So looks like you will start your journey from Athens to Man and back to Athens.

Using you trick : LGW/Malaga for two people 16-26 oct £264,68. Standard booking £243,99

When the first flight starts from the UK the discount is already applied automatically and that's not what this trick is for. what you just did was remove the discount by making your first flight not start from the uk. This trick only works if you're starting from abroad.

OK - so this deal is only for UK visitors then?

Or anyone booking with a different airline the outward journey and using easyJet for the way back. Or anyone booking non connecting flights with easyJet as a second flight. Let's say, lon-mxp with ba and mxp-anywhere with easyJet.

Fantastic, I hate how complicated the easyjet pricing system is, at last they have made it so complicated that they have screwed it up lol :)

Brilliant, reduced my flight from 138 Euros (£124) to £104. Thanks!

Great trick! Paid 38 euros less by booking my second flight London to Thessaloniki first and then adding the first flight Thessaloniki to London
