I thought if you had to spend an amount it couldn't be posted in freebies?

because you get o2 priority with o2 as you pay o2 for their tariff which has this feature built in (along with the apps, etc.)

Plenty of smaller networks around - they all use the big providers with physical infrastructure to provide the service but typically they are no frills and therefore often cheaper as a result

If your broadband is provided by Talktalk, but the cabling is run by BT, doesn't mean you're a BT customer.
I could make the same argument about your electricity and gas.

Or in other words, Tesco is O2's customer, you are Tesco's customer. O2 is Tesco's supplier, not yours.

You need an O2 number to register for the app, a tesco number won't work.

Doesn't work on iPhones unfortunately!

99p PAYG sim is fine, or just find a friend and get the auth code text message from them after installing the app on your phone.

I just typed in my old O2 number (Now transferred over to 3 over 18 months ago) and it let me register and get a code :)
