Might be worth holding out to see exactly what Disney are including in the Dining plan next year.
I did this deal last August at £91/night, doing it again this August at £100/night, next August is £108/night but the romours are Disney are removing the dessert from the meals meaning you will only get a main course and a drink. If they go ahead with the expected change any starters, desserts, sides and alcohol are ontop as well as recommended 18-20% tip (18% auto added for parties of 6 or more)

When Disney 1st started the Dining plan it included 3 courses and tips(for table service), not looking great for next year.

We prefer to stay offsite, this deal has tempted us on but without the desserts its back to offsite for us again. £108/night(+$10/night internet) gets us a good room and great food offsite.

Saratoga Springs Resort is a beautiful resort stunning pools, huge bedrooms, excellent onsite restaurants
cant remember what old key west was like.

All depends what size room you opt for(Studio, 1 bed villa or 2 bed villa) but a Saratoga Springs studio is 355 sq ft, compared to a Old Key West studio at 390sq ft, OKW was the 1st DVC property to be built at WDW and the largest, just in the process of a modernisation programme. These sizes compare to a standrd room at a moderate resort, say Port Orleans, at 315 sq ft. Wouldn't call SSR studio huge but they are slightly bigger than a std hotel room, the 1 or 2 bed Villas are spacious.

There is still confusion. Complete Orlando, Virgin and others are saying no dessert, Disney themselves are saying nothing has been decided on 2011 Dining plan.
Chances are it has been dropped but I am not booking anything until Disney release prices direct with confirmation of whats included.
Complete Orlando are way cheaper than Disney just now but when Disney reslease their discounts they could be even cheaper, expecially if Quidco are still offering 6% cashback as they are now.

We have plenty of info on Disney dining on DISboards if anyone wants more info

Also a 14 page discussion on wether DDP will include dessert or not Or include 2 snacks instead of 1.
