Professional what? You'd never see a professional gardener using one of these! If you buy a cheap lawnmower you'll possibly cut the grass ok when its dry but it won't cope with wet or long grass or leaves, Pay more and buy a Honda or a Hayter and it'll last a lifetime and not rust through in 5 years thus in the long run it will probably work out cheaper. I've been using my Honda for about 5 years without a single hiccup and it not only picks saturated grass up a treat but I mow up all the leaves in the autumn too. A great investment.
I thought this was a good deal last year, I bought a lawnmower from Tesco the same spec as this reduced the same amount as this, this time last year. I probably used it 3 times before it wouldnt start. I got out a man who can and they emptied it all out cleaned all the parts (very time consuming) and it worked again. When I tried to start it again after christmas it wouldnt start again, and whilst trying the starter rope snapped. I now think it wasnt such a hot deal!
In Tesco's defence, it wasnt the same model and Tesco refunded my money the same day I called and asked no questions about how it broke.
Buy some Redex from Halfords or similar and put a small capfull in the petrol every now and then, especially before putting away in winter. It'll keep the carb clean and you'll see how much easier it starts.
Well I have a MUCH better deal than ANY of you.

I got a 3 1/2 HP, 22" HAYTER HARRIER 2 !!

nice and powerful and it's DRIVEN meaning I don't have to push/pull it.

Starts every time.
It goes through leaves, twigs and grass and even chops the high points level.

The best bit is that it came from Ebay for £15.00. Local collect.

Whatever you buy make sure that it has a Honda or Briggs & Stratton Engine and you won't be sorry.
