DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, SAVERPOINT!!!

Ordered and paid for 7th January. Suite has still not arrived, leaving me with 3 unprotected pcs. Have refused to refund. Worst on-line retailer I've ever had the misfortune to deal with. Absolutely unacceptable.
Disc arrived in post. Printed as OEM single pc install, but instructions state it's 3 user!

Try looking at the benchmarks and you reading the reviews from people like Which? magainze and you will see that the "incinerating "is right. You will see that the top 5 solutions in most benchmarks are usually paid for. Not everyone wants dirt cheap or free software for things like security

Paid for software is very often filled with more features than the average user will ever make use of, and these are some of the features that bump up the benchmarks with magazines like 'Which?'.

Each to their own, regardless.

Edit: Also I wouldn't consider Which? to be reliable when their laptop testing 'benchmarks' rest on subjective, undefined features such as 'Versatility' and 'Convenience'.

Incinerating
missing many features paying customers get.

Thought this was a stonking deal based on the picture above of a one for all 12.
Turns out you get a remote that looks very much like one of the Poundland specials.
False advertising on this one.

me as well.

And me!
I think it may help if you change the picture to show the actual 12 in 1 this deal is for, rather than show a premium One 4 All brand 12 in 1 that people will assume this deal is for.Even then, as already mentioned you can get a very similar one for a £1, which would be no better or worse than this, so not much of deal TBH.

Had Norton for past 3 years and it doesn't slow down computer (while previously AVG was bringing one of our machines to a standstill!) .... Norton reacted to the comments of it slowing things down and thus 3-ish years ago brought out a new version which had as a primary design goal minimal impact on system performance and looks like they delivered.

preachin to the choir, but am currently trialling Trend Micro Titanium cos I got a free one from work

If you have been sold 1 user or OEM Virus Software then complain to the legal owners who are Softpoint Multimedia Ltd, company number Co. Reg No.3324895. The direct phone number is 01283 740222. If they don't offer sucessful resolution to your problem, please call Staffordshire Trading Standards Tip Off Line on 01785 330356
Just for reference if you do get an older version of the norton products there is an automatic feature to upgrade to the latest version. I always buy the year old copies for a bargain price and do this :)
DONT BUY FROM THIS SITE ABSOLUTE JOKE PERSON ON THE PHONE WAS CLUELESS AND RUDE, SENT THEM BACK FOR A REFUND 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL HEARD NOTHING AND NO REFUND POOR SITE
DO NOT go with norton, if you like your pc anyway. It's slows it down, it put so much rubbish you dont need, its hard to remove and it will eat up system resources if your on a normal spec computer.

Go with one called ESET Nod32, best one ever.

Everybody i know allways slates Norton from the slowest to fastest computer so whatever really. I wouldn't have this on my pc if somebody payed me too.
also received 2009 :( have emailed but dont hold out much hope :(
