Ideal for enjoying the outdoors whilst keeping fit and healthy, Saxon’s Trail Hybri bike comes in a sleek silver-effect finish. The Saxon Trail Hybri bike features Shimano 18-speed rotational gear levers on a hi-tensile 17" steel frame with trekking fork.

The Saxon Trail Hybri bike includes front and rear alloy V-brakes with 700c wheels with tyres made from butyl, ensuring you have the stopping power required. A height adjustable saddle helps cyclists to achieve a position comfortable for you as an individual.

Ignore the inflated RRP; it's a £70 bike for £70

If you have £70 to spend on a bike and it has to be new, OK. It doesn't have full suspension so it's not the worst bike you can buy at this price.
EDIT: If you've got £70 and need a new bike, buy the other one you posted. Despite the pointless front suspension it's 6kg lighter thanks to the alloy frame.
Otherwise buy something secondhand if it doesn't need to be new. Or spend a bit more if it does (go to Decathlon).

"Ideal for enjoying the outdoors whilst keeping fit and healthy"= it's a bike
"comes in a sleek silver-effect finish" - tbh, we weren't expecting real silver.
"The Saxon Trail Hybri bike features Shimano 18-speed rotational gear levers" = pretty much every bike has Shimano gears because manufacturers know we expect it. Rotational gear levers are generally considered to be a bad thing.
"on a hi-tensile 17" steel frame with trekking fork" - the frame should be aluminium. This explains why it's so heavy.
"with tyres made from butyl" = somebody was really struggling to say anything good here. What else did we expect tyres to be made of.
"A height adjustable saddle .." really? When was the last time you saw a bike without this feature, 1890?
"Product Weight 18.0 Kilogram" = this is a seriously heavy bike. Somebody will be along in a minute to pretend that's a good thing because "You have to work harder so it's good for you" or "It'll go faster downhhill" or even "It's fine once you've got it moving"
