not exactly relevant but lots of other gfx cards in the today only.

Damn good price. If I still used my PC for gaming, I would go for this.
#7
what percentage improvement does this have over the 880GT?

If you mean 8800GT, not very much by the looks of it - see Tomshardware benchmarks comparison.

Good price but the new 4770 is as fast if not faster AND runs much cooler due to 40nm technology (this is 55nm I believe).
#10
4770 is NOT faster.

I see scan have droped this even more then, it was £86 last week,
they need to lower the price of the 4770 its overpriced at the moment
£65 is about right for the 4770 not £80.

It's normal price is still £86, it's just £80 for this weekend. I agree on the 4770 price. It seems to be only slightly better than the 4830 but more than £10 more expensive.

If they did that they'd need to lower the price of 4890 since 2 4770's in crossfire perform faster.

It's back! So much for "Today only" :D Good job though because I didn't order one in time at the weekend and I've since decided I should have done.
