" Scene It? The Movie Trivia Game brings friends and family together for a casual movie trivia game that everyone can play and enjoy. Using the simple and intuitive Big Button Pad, challenge your friends to see whose movie knowledge reigns supreme, with real content from your favorite movies and actors.

Includes 4 Scene It Big Button Wireless Pads.

New Puzzle Challenges: The Xbox 360 game includes more than 1,800 questions not seen before in any other Scene It? game. It features five new types of puzzle challenge that are sure to keep you guessing all night long.

Game Types: Enjoy "Credit Roll," where you guess the film based on the list of characters and actors, "Child's Play," where you guess the name of the film based on a child's drawing of a film scene, and "Quotables," where you are challenged to finish a famous line from a featured film. In addition, all 21 puzzle types have been designed to provide the ultimate multiplayer experience on Xbox 360.

Big Button Pad: Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action is shipped with four new wireless Big Button Pads, so each player has his or her own buzzer. Making games such as Scene It? more approachable for all types of players, the Big Button Pad takes its inspiration from the game show buzzers of yesteryear but uses the latest infrared technology to minimize the chances of an argument over who answered first.

Hi-Def Visuals: The game offers a wide assortment of movie clips in HD format, as well as hundreds of stills and audio clips from your favorite films.

Minimal Repeats: The Xbox 360 version keeps track of questions that have already been asked and minimizes repeats so you rarely get the same question twice. "

Cheapest price offline/online I've seen so far (~£35 online, ~£40 offline).

Got the only copy on the shelf at the Sainsbury's in Colton (Leeds), but was not a misprice as it was grouped with a few other £29.97 games (Lego Star Wars: Complete Saga, Sega Rally)

They don't seem to have dummy boxes for this yet, so you may either have to ask at the Customer Service desk or keep an eye out for the empty game sleeve.

Forgot to mention, this game only came out yesterday :)

£26.99 if you go through PC World price match and state its £29 at vigin megastores

To explain the controllers, think just like the Buzz! controllers for the Playstation. They use Infrared, each require 2xAA batteries (a pair of Energizer's included for each controller).

A USB Infrared receiver is included so you can put it in a more accessible place.

ahah, one of the few places I forgot to check (it's £38 at Zavvi in Leeds, so methinks I overlooked their site, even though the prices are different)

Oh, and final point, the controllers work with Uno (Xbox Live Arcade Game), and probably other games.

Unfortunatlely no.

They have usualy delivered quick and got games to me on release but not this time:-( .

Noticed its £34.99 at game. There is loads of £3 vouchers kicking round for game at the min plus 11% quidico and if you have a game card they offer points to spend when you buy pre-release games(around £2 a game) and they normally delivery the day before the game is released. Obviously this is for future purchases as this is out now....

EXCELENT offer guys, would this work with things that are on offer, ie toys r us have super mario galaxy on wii for £26.87 for a limited time?

Anybody waiting on something from Virgin (Zavvi), I recently had an 'in stock' item take 5 weeks, 3 phonecalls and 7 emails (all emails unanswered apart from the auto reply 'we will be in touch soon') just to be dispatched.

The last time I called, I was told the item was 'stuck' in the system and I would have to cancel it and reorder (after 5 weeks waiting):whistling:
I said cancel it and i'd reorder elsewhere and asked if I could have confirmation by email of cancelation, and it arrived next day

So if it takes 5 weeks for an in stock item to arrive, good luck with out of stock items :santa:

Rang PC World yesterday and asked if they could price match the game the answer was yes, then told + 10% diffrenece great can I pay over the phone I asked and pick it up? No I was told you can however reserve it. Ok I said so reserved the item and was told to tell PC World to price match it when I got there. Got to PC World gave the reservation number and asked them to price match it as I asked over the phone, he said i'll have to see and when off for 25mins...... what in this time he was doing ill never know. Came back said ok and charged me £29.00 I asked don't I get the 10% diffrenece as said on phone he said NO.

This is why I hate PC World there normally at best usless.

Go back and demand difference. Point our T&Cs on website state you are entitlled to it. Take his name and advise you will be contacting not only the store manager but head office to complain and get a refund of additional expenses by having to go to store for a 2nd time. I have done two reserves with pricematch and 10% and had no problems.

Not worth trying to get the money back as going there will cost the same in petrol but I will be writing a couple of angry letters.

Thanks

With this thingy can you buy like add-ons or downloadable content later on with it? Tempted by this, especially for xmas fun, though wouldn't like the questions becoming repetitive.

Seems there not, I saves what you've seen as you go though it. Not had the same question twice yet and was playing for 6 hours

I'd be very surprised if there aren't additional question packs to download (at a price) in the future. Microsoft are very into downloadable content on the 360.

Well I got this last night from PC World, they did proce match it but tried to charge me 29.99 but I persisted and said that the customer service lady said your supposed to take 10% off as well.

He did a bit of head scratching and button pressing on his till/pc and after about 5 mins he turns to me and says " that will be £24.01p please sir".

I was gob smacked, so I quickly paid and got out before he realised his error.

Price at blockbusters?

My friend appeared at work yesterday, rather proud he had just thrown £39.99 at this, lol! Had a go on it before the match last night and was pleasantly surprised, it's not bad at all. Though it's difficult to say how long the 1500 questions will last.

We'd had a few pints, so there's every possibility it really isn't good
I think the supplied controllers add to the enjoyment too.

It's a good laugh. If you liked Buzz on the PS2 then this will appeal.

It's not going to be the longest running game every but it'll be something to all gather round at Chrimbo. I quite like it anyway.

Ignore Dandoc.............everything's pants, it's all he knows.
