This product is a FANTASTIC WEIGHT LOSS PRODUCT for all you people with new year resolutions, take 2 of these tablets (twice) at required times of the day (depending on work/training patterns) and they suppress your appetite and boost energy levels fantastically. It says to use as a pre-workout boost but I take them about an hour before lunch and tea and they reduce your hunger levels really well, keeping your calorie intake to realistic levels.I have tried many types and this works very well.
They average £22 on most sites for 120 tablets(1 month supply) but this deal is brilliant because they send you 240 tablets for £19.99, i did wait for them to arrive as I initially thought they would send me 2 x 60tablets, seriously good product, worth a try.
Oh and Free UK Delivery.
And drink as much water as you can!!
Go easy on me Ha!!

No they are not. This is the herbal (and quite legal) version of ephedrine. Its not quite the same thing, but defo very legal.

Not the same as amphetamine or indeed its precursor ephedrine.

Defo not snake oil. Simple in terms of the way it works - its speeds up the metabolism meaning you burn more calories just existing. When used with a calorie controlled diet, you will burn more fat.

Or Just eat less....

When you add 6 to your basket it shows up at £119.94, but it's supposed to be "buy 1 get 1 free" is it not?

Sida cordfolia roots and stems contain ephedrine and pseudoephedrine. Why not just buy some ephedrine from a chemist? That way you know exactly how much you're getting of what drug, rather than pretending that taking a herbal version is somehow safer because it's "natural" - it's the same chemical in unknown quantities (concentration will vary enormously from batch to batch) and there's all sorts of other stuff in there too that we don't know much about.

Ephidrine is controlled in the UK and can only be prescribed in certain circumstances. Sida Cordifolia is not and has only minute quantities of pseudoephidrine, but it's the other benefits that make it a good product - these roots have been used to aid stamina and also benefit respiratory problems, asthma / colds for thousands of years, the benefits are well documented and are totally herbal.

I agree this is a good price, I get these (link below) which are a bit stronger - less tablets though but for a better price (at bogof too). I stack them with myprotein.co.uk caffeine 200mg which gives me a good boost before a workout.

The Sida (I only take 1) take around 3 hours to kickoff in my body, caffeine only takes 35mins so I can time it to perfection to maximise the benefits to my workout. The Caffeine of course makes you alert - The Sida, gives me more stamina. Also works if you feel tired after a hard day at work.

Usual health rules apply, check your doctor and don't take if you have any heart conditions / pregnancy etc! But...... fill yir boots!

Good shout!

J

What does "totally herbal" mean?? The benefits/effects are caused by chemical compounds found in a herb? So is aspirin "totally herbal" as it can be found in wilow bark?

While I don't doubt that the effects are genuine (of course it helps with breathing difficulties if it contains ephedrine and pseudoephedrine) my problem is that "the benefits... ...are totally herbal" makes it sound like this product cannot possibly do you any harm because it's natural. The world is full of "natural" chemical compounds which are highly toxic or have unpleasant side effects. Most modern medicines are no longer synthetic analogues of naturally occurring chemicals because of the problems with side-effects.

The other problem is (as I stated earlier) each batch will vary enormously in the concentration of active ingredients. So while you may be very happy with the effects of one batch the next may be useless or massively more potent.

I don't doubt it works but don't kid yourself that it's any safer than any other kind of drug just because it's "herbal".

If you're right about the relative concentrations of ephedrine and pseudoephedrine in an average batch:
- why is ephedrine a controlled substance in the UK?
- pseuodephedrine is not controlled, suggesting it's rather safer/has fewer side effects/is less addictive??

As a comparison you'd pay £2.99 for 600mg of pseudoephedrine at Boots. Not that I'd recommend it as a recreational or performance-enhancing drug (which is what you're recommending an unknown dose of ephedrine as).
