* The most enjoyable way to exercise and strengthen your hand-grip and forearm.
* Switch on the LCD Revometer, and using the pull cord provided, spin the internal gyro.
* How many revs can you build by spinning your wrists? The record stands at over 14,000 RPM!
* As the revs build so does the torque, making it a real challenge to control.
* Batteries included.

Makes a great stocking filler!

Compared to NSD Powerballs they don't feel as solid, and don't seem to spin quite as fast, but the effect it has on your muscles is exactly the same. I also found it easier to start without the string.

This is the first deal I've posted so if I've made any mistakes or you have any tips for future posts please let me know :)

I guess it depends how often you'd be using it. These are great value for money but powerballs come with a lifetime guarantee.

I beg to differ, I can think of a much more enjoyable way that utilises something I have with me all the time :whistling:

(but granted, I would be happier using the Strength Ball in public)
