Scotch Bonnet chilli peppers - 97p at Morrisons

Not quite as hot as the Ghost Peppers posted below, but these little mouthbombs still pack a Scoville rating of 100,000 to 350,000. I made a curry using one the other day and it hurt just as much on the way out as it did on the way in.

I found them in Morrison's Bath for 97p for a pack of about 10, and a bit of Googling has led me to believe it's a national deal.

cook it in a curry whole then remove before serving

Take out the seeds and they make a great salsa. Lovely flavour but the seeds just make it too hot for me!
