I watched the first half an hour then turned it off.
The film is rubbish,
Don`t waste your money.

Terrible film, I bought it with the Hot Fuzz and Sean of the Dead box set and this one was sold on immediately!

Brilliant film!

Shockingly bad film. Possibly the worst I've ever seen. I only watched it on the prospect that the leading lady might "get them out". She didn't :-(

Stupid movie!

It is a good film but for the first time ever I felt like I was much older than the intended audience for a movie. I'm 33, I'm sure 16 year old me would have loved it and thought the dialogue and strange little things added to the film to be cool were awesome.

There are still some good points I enjoyed, but it kind of feels like Quentin Tarantino and the Wachowski brothers got together and made a movie for young teenagers.

I agree it was a great movie. I guess not everyone will like the same things and that's ok. Still the best price for this I have seen.

I think you've got to be a certain age to "get" this movie - ie. late 20s to early 30s having obsessed over everything SNES related. If you loved Street Fighter 2, Super Mario World, Zelda and the likes then you will love this movie!!! It's like a live action 16 bit game and I totally loved it. Good price too.

Personally I liked it, but the film is all about the gimmick (the film structure plays loose with the imagination of the main caharcter, mostly computer game based) , which was well done and entertaining.

There's no differentiation between the imagination of the main character and the 'real' world in the film, I can see why that would confuse some people.

I find the main actor Michael Cera quite annoying and whiney, which was about the only thing that spoiled it for me.

Wouldn't pay £10 for it though.

I think it really helps you appreciate the geek humour if you've been a 16-bit gamer, but then again my 16 year old loves this film too. I was expecting this to be boring, but the silly sense of humour in it made me really laugh.

Well I'm 40 and I thought it was the dogs gonads, the arcade game structure was great and right up my street.
