In my opinion, one of the most under-appreciated films in the last few years.
I loved it, and this is a really good price for the DVD.
A whole bunch of special features too. I thought they were too long to list, so you can click through to see them if you're interested :)

"Meet charming and jobless Scott Pilgrim (Michael Cera). A bass guitarist for totally average garage band Sex Bob-omb, the 22-year-old has just met the girl of his dreams...literally. The only catch to winning Ramona Flowers (Mary Elizabeth Winstead)? Her seven evil exes are coming to kill him. Genre-smashing filmmaker Edgar Wright (Hot Fuzz, Shaun of the Dead) tells the amazing story of one romantic slacker’s quest to power up with love in Scott Pilgrim vs. the World.

Scott Pilgrim has never had a problem getting a girlfriend. It’s getting rid of them that proves difficult. From the girl who kicked his heart’s ass—and now is back in town—to the teenage distraction he’s trying to shake when Ramona rollerblades into his world, love hasn’t been easy. He soon discovers, however, his new crush has the most unusual baggage of all: a nefarious league of exes controls her love life and will do whatever it takes to eliminate him as a suitor.
As Scott gets closer to Ramona, he must face an increasingly vicious rogues’ gallery from her past—from infamous skateboarders to vegan rock stars and fearsomely identical twins. And if he hopes to win his true love, he must vanquish them all before it really is game over."

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean, it's just one of those films. You know the one! The ones in which you're constantly lamenting image clarity if you watch it on a prehistoric format, such as DVD. Fortunately for me, I won't suffer the same fate as those idiots who watch their entertainment on DVD players.

Sod the plot, cinematography and performances, just sit back and relax as you nod appreciatively every 5 minutes and howl with delight at the awesomeness that is blu ray picture quality. Voted HOT!

I watched 30 minutes of this film last night and turned it off, what a load of old balls. Should I have kept on watching? As the IMDb is showing it as pretty decent..

Not if you didnt like the first 30 minutes, the tone doesnt change.

If you are into geek/pop culture its amazing. Best film of last year and maybe my new favourite ever.

Obviously an acquired taste as I gave up on it after half an hour. Worst film I have seen (or part seen) for many weeks.

You need to stick with it. I gave up first time round, but when I sat through it all and got into the right frame of mind, it's a thoroughly enjoyable watch. Hot.

I wouldn't recommend anyone suffering with seizures to watch this. Loud, bright and flashy is how I would describe it. A computer game with cheesy actors.

I agree with this, watched it in the cinema thought it was poor, watched it on blu ray and it's epic!!!
