2 for £3, 1KG Boxes offer valid 04/01/17-24/01/17.

£2 each in Sainsbury, Morrisons, Asda, Waitrose (2 for £3.50).

Start your day right after the excesses of the holidays. 40g of this, 200ml of milk, a pinch of salt, microwave for 3 minutes, a spoon of honey and you are set up for the morning.

Proper graded milled oats, none of the 'wood shaving' oats you get in economy bags.

Scott's Rolled Oats

Enjoy as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Oat beta glucan has been shown to lower blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Coronary heart disease has multiple risk factors and altering one of these risk factors may or may not have a beneficial effect.

Scott's Porage Oats have been milled in Scotland since 1880 and to ensure you enjoy every bowlful we use only the highest quality oats and milling processes.
We carefully grade and select each grain so that only the best oats go into every pack.
To create our own distinctive taste the oats are rolled thicker and are gently kilned - to bring you the true taste of Scotland!
A & R Scott

Pack Size: 1kg

Oat beta-glucan 3.6g per 100g. Each serving (40g) contains 47% of the 3g of oat beta-glucan suggested per day.

The true taste of Scotland....

And gladly enjoyed here in England.

Virtually the same thing £1 always in Aldi. A different brand to this but the exact same product.

Not mistaking it with Tesco's own brand, the equivalent of that is £75p at Aldi.

I like the lidl one or sainsburys own brand. Closest I've found to the main brands. Blueberries and some nut clusters... Just the job ;)

It's always a good start to the day when you have your oats first thing
