I used to own a pet shop and can say I've never heard of these!! What is it? From the picture it either looks like a replaceable lid or something that the can sits on.

I'm not a lover of Pets At Home because they threatened to sue me because of the name of my old shop (Pets And Home), even though I'd opened my shop a year before they came on the scene, but had patented their name and I hadn't even thought of doing that. I even had to sign over my web address to them!!

It's a pod.

That you freeze.

It makes an Ice Pod.

You put it in runs for animals to lollop about on.

These things are great for fluffies in the summer to keep them cool and at this price are a bargain! I've already got mine!

Is it solid plastic? What happens if they chew it?

I think they are supposed to be 'unchewable'. I tested these the other day, stick 'em in the freezer overnight, then put it in with said fluffy, ours lasted all day (on a boiling day) and it was still cold in the evening. I'm getting more on Friday!
