A point to beware of: these bad boys don't read SD cards over a certain capacity (not sure if it's 2GB or 4GB) and certainly don't read SDHC cards...

I got one from Poundland for.... can't remember how much... ;)

They did have slightly better ones in different packaging and different design to the clear blue/red etc ones in poundland. The newer ones do read the bigger size SD cards and are a bit sturdier as well.

They still had the clear older ones in stock (they are packaged for poundland), and the newer ones were on a different display section in my local poundland (between the kitchen towels and dog treats?) so worth having a wander.

Hot - but life is far easier with one built into a drive bay.

Most computers still have floppies - but how often do you use a memory card - and when did you last use a floppy?

Quick swap time I think!

I've had 3 of these , bought once , swopped twice . Each one has stopped working within a week so I'm voting cold as they are rubbish .
