These are the accessories that are included

The additional SDS to standard chuck adaptor included are around a tenner on their own so this is a great deal.

Heat added.

Exactly the same as the parkside one but blue rather than green.. And theres a spanner which the parkside doesnt come with

Got the parkside one from Lidl the other day however the switch at the front for between drill/drill+hammer was stiff to the point where it was impossible to turn with one hand.. Had to use both hands, had a feeling it was dodgy so returned right after.. However when it was on,it was hell of a beast..drills thru wall in seconds. Would have kept it if it werent for the switch.. Still its a brill deal for the price n power

Bought one last time they were on sale. They are big/heavy and powerful. They will drill quite easily into a concrete lintel and break up quite solid blocks of concrete. The one concern I've seen raised is the lack of a safety clutch.

Just brought one since using the lidl branded drill for years and can say, it goes through walls as easy as buttering bread!

Well, no problem there then. I thought I'd checked mine thoroughly to see if it had a clutch, upon looking again it's written on the box. Thanks for pointing it out.

I've had one of these for years (not from Lidl or Aldi but the same machine).

On the downside, they are pretty low-tech and relative to an expensive one, they are very heavy.

On the upside, they are pretty low-tech and will go forever. Mine's had such abuse you wouldn't believe it and it just keeps on trucking.

With a 3 year guarantee, your won't get better for the money. I will be surprised if you can break it within 3 years, unless you're the sort of worker who clears up their tools with a sweeping brush. Even then ......

mine 2 years old aldi sds broke (oil leaking from the chuck and the hammer function became temperamental), will hopefully replace it for this one. cheers

Does anyone know this compares to the Titan model of Screwfix? I wonder if they are actually made in the same factory?
#15
I have the Titan one and it is a beast, it comes with all the bits shown earlier including a chuck for "normal" drill bits.
The only thing to remember is the weight, it does weigh a lot but feels very solid.

Omg another piece of kit that's going to "appear" in the shed that I will have to explain "I've had for aaaages!" Great find, heat, bought and free delivery! Thx OP. :)
