found this this morning by accident, but it seems that they might have just removed this deal from the drop down while i was ordering.

but you can paste this URL
http://www.e2save.com/contract-mobile-phone/Sony-Eric.-K800i-Clearance-Price-Match/K800ICLPMT

NOTE: much stricter price match cashback terms applies
http://www.e2save.com/popups/giftinfo.php?giftcode=DPLR437664

just placed an order via QC but pasting the above link, appeared tracked.

this deal is comparative to the CNM or PBD 12mth voda, T-mobile deal. but this is certainly unbrand, unlocked. also QC is marginal higher.

good luck.

Never done one of these before how hard is it to claim back. And how much do I pay per month normally? Before I've claimed back.

takes the biscuit to claim back your money, tooo long

it's £35 a month for 400 crossnet anytime min 500 text and an optional £0.99 itemised billing.

it is as simple as following the procedure stated in the cashback T&C. but if you haven't done any cashback mobile deal before then i would advise you to familarise yourself with the T&C and procedure before committing to one. because you might lose out for not doing the right thing in the right time.

the T&C various from shop to shop from deal to deal. for this particular offer, the terms are slightly strict. but you can't go wrong if you follow exactly what is stated.

Ordered yesterday and in the post already. Thanks its a great deal. My brother is paying through the nose for this phone! How do you opt out of itemised billing?
#6
I'm skeptical about these price match deals, i've read that you have to send in the bill that you receive ON or AFTER 120 days after connection for your first cashback. Similarly for all the others. So this would mean that for the last cashback you'd have to send in your bill that you receive 360 days after connection, which would mean your 13th bill.

I'm unsure whether the above is correct, or whether you just send in ur 4th/6th/8th/10th/12th airtime bills (as with CPW). Can anyone shed any light on this?

Have read the cashback voucher and it states to send in your 6th 8th 10th and 12th bills. All to be received within 30 days of the relevent bills date. You can send in copies or downloaded bills, they don't need to be the original. With OSPS you have to send in 5 claims and they need to be the originals, so I think e2save is a better choice. They also send a text when they have received your claim and inform you when the cheque is in the post. I have had six of this type of deal and never had a problem. Go for it, it's a great deal!!!

as for cpw o2, the 1st bill is always a few days after the connection, therefore by the time it's 120days old, etc, you will be sending the bill that should come through not too long after. but that would make it 5th/7th/8th/11th/13th, is that right?

alexify, you are looking at the wrong T&C. that's for normal e2save cashback. while this is a 'price match' deal which comes with a special T&C as stated in
http://www.e2save.com/popups/giftinfo.php?giftcode=DPLR437664

the vouchers link is

I'm guessing that according to the T&Cs ur meant to send in 5th/7th/8th/11th/13th bills, making it 12 months free on a 13 month contract (cancel after 13th month). However, there has been conflicting advice given by e2save staff. On their forums one e2save representative says to send the bill that arrives after 120 days, whilst another says send 4th/6th/8th/10th/12th bills. e2save themselves are unsure about these relatively new price match T&Cs, and so its kind of a gamble as to whether u'll be sending in the right thing! At £35/mth its a high price to pay if u get it wrong. Its a great deal if the T&Cs were actually crystal clear!

no, i don't agree that you are suggesting that it's implying a 13mth contract. because if you notify the network in mth11 for termination on day365, then you are fulfilling the minimum 12mth term. and the 13th bill will arrive shortly after, which you can send for cashback.

assuming you need to send 13th bill rather then the 12th.

What does the 13th bill show? Does it show that you have been on the tariff and state the price of the tariff? Or is this irrelavent?
#14
i haven't yet completed a contract with cpw o2, but i would guess it would be the same as other bills.

assumming the line is disconnected between bill 12th and 13th. then it should show:

any call charges outside your allowance;
the amount in credit of the part line rental since disconnection, if there is any, because you prepaid the line rental a month in advance.

Arrived this morning!

It's a brown colour, would have preferred black but it's not that bad!
Brand new, no original box though, just in a plain white one.
Has charger, usb cable and cd rom.
Well pleased. Just have to make sure I mark the calendar with the correct dates to claim!

Yes it's unbranded but i've tested my 3 sim in it and it doesn't work, so i don't think it's unlocked unfortunately.

picked up mine this morning from the depot, just like yours, but mine is black. actually i would prefer brown or even better in silver.

does yours have memory card?

i am sure it's unlocked. but will confirm that later, haven't had chance to play with it yet.

I got a email saying due to high demand i will have to wait 7-10 days until stock, but they will process the tariff so its all ready to dispatch at the same time. :x

Although I got mine from One stop phone shop - However they are part of E2 Save who is all part of CPW

No memory card, but I don't use it for music, just photos texts and calls, so perfect for what I want!

I got the same email, but I called them up because I thought the email was implying they were going to sign me up to the network while I waited for the 7-14 days [which I didnt want - but turns out it wasnt that anyways]

When I called them they tried to sell me the usual alternatives and add ons but I perservered and said i wanted exactly the same or no go, and she called me back later to confirm she had one for me and it was in the post.

I rang her back and said i wanted to get another for a friend who cant get their own [true] and could she do exactly the same deal for me again ... she called back an hour later and came up trumps. Both phones arrived @ 7.40am this morning and are charging as I type. [one in its original box, one in the usual reconditioned white one - all accessories included, no memory though]

All the paperwork/contract details seem in order.

Lets hope the phones both work.

If anyone is interested in memory 7dayshop have these options quite cheap.

If anyone knows of anywhere cheaper, please link here if you can.

Also, if anyone knows if you can get 4 gig cards for them, i'd greatly appreciate any info/prices etc.

[edit] I got my quidco for the first one, but not the second. Still worth it though

Also Re: talking to them on the phone.

The girl was great and actually tried to go into detail about the claims process [which I didnt really need as I'm familiar with it]. She also highlighted that it was important to make 2 separate claims for each phone and not send them in the same envelope [which I already knew after doing it this year with OneStop].

When she tried to sell me memory I told her I could get a gig online for £10 and she asked for a link as they try to price match, but she said they wouldn't match unbranded ie: scandisk, and that £19.99 for a gig was usually their limit. She tried to sell me it originally at £39.99 [down from £59.99 full price]. I didn't mention the £13.99 sony gig because I forgot, but if I had I have a feeling she would of matched it after seeing the link

Her name is on my invoice too, so if I have any problems, I'll ask to speak with her specifically because it's handy knowing someone helpful there, especially as most people seem to struggle with getting decent help from them if problems occur.

In case anyone needs it due to encountering problems, the number from my "out of stock" email which got me straight through to the sales team is: 0845 402 0488

you are very welcome. i am glad someone find the deal useful.

i personally much prefer e2save over osps. my experience with osps tells me they are a doggy bunch, avoiding cashback, they still haven't paid a few of my QC, one dated back in Jan2006.
#29
I went with osps for the current phone [the sek750i] I have with an orange contract [orange - never again!]. Theyve been fine so far, and Ive had every claim honoured. Just one more to go, so here's hoping.

Good to hear that e2save are better though. Cashback claim time for me always comes with a little cloud over it because of the potential fcuk up and lose £.

No problems so far though. Except with Orange, but that's a separate issue.

Yes, got the 12 months free, also recommended to my sister and her partner and they both got them too.
Contacted E2save this morning and they will replace the handset as soon as they receive the faulty one back at their warehouse, so fingers well and truly crossed!!

good good. the deal was on so very briefly and then on and off a bit, but hidden from the drop-down. lucky for myself to copied the URL then place the order when i had time. but it's definitely gone now.

i went for the £35/mth 400min 500txt, but later realised free Internation Travel Service (ITS) now only comes for free for £40/mth above, it used to be £30.

phoned e2save today, requesting if they can put me on the £40/mth without really returning my current handset. surprisingly they are able to do a virtual return of my £35/mth and put me on a new £40/mth with also 12mth free cashback.

but i shall hold my excitment until i see the paper work go through alright.

to access the network locks, go into the service menu (using the code posted above), service info > SIM lock. if all the padlocks are open, its unlocked
#33
Thanks for that, will try it when my new handset arrives.:)
#34
Phoned them and they said they would find one for me so I recieved it yesterday and today i had 4 calls so far asking me if I want insurance...

Unbelievable:giggle:

Rang them and there are no handsets left. Should be able to get one within a week. They did try to sell me a k810i with 9 months free but that would still end up costing me £105 so I declined the offer! In any case, should be able to get one of those next year on 12 months free :p
