Shame they dont do WD reds :)

Cold at less than £20 per TB? Ah well, no pleasing some people :D
#3
Cold because you have to open a credit account & because it's Very (Littlewoods)
#4
There are a lot of people with accounts open with them already, so don't see why that should make it cold? Also, you don't have to take any credit as I literally entered the code, and paid the £38.95 with my debit card so paid in full, so not sure what the big deal is? It's actually a very good deal IMHO!

People vote cold because you didn't actually find a deal for this item. You found a deal for a code.
So there's different mindsets going on.

If I was after a 2TB portable this would be great, I'm not though...struggling to find anything else that is decent value with the £30 off...Any ideas on anything computer related?

Cheers.

Well I get you point, which is fair enough. However, even the original price of £68.95 inc delivery for a 2TB drive is still a very decent price.
#7
You have to open a credit account to get this!
#8
In the posting I said IF you have a Very account, which thousands of people do!
#9
I have a Very account but the code provided is showing as invalid for me. Possibly customer specific?
#10
Needs plugging in for power
#11
The promotion code 4U9M4 is invalid.
#12
In which case I apologise, I thought it was a generic code not customer specific.

Have therefore expired.

Same here...thought I had a credit account with them from years ago but had to sign up again...Still didn't accept the code though.

You'd be better off with Xbox Live £££ cards btw op ;)
Bit of discerning forum selling and you'd be £20 up no problem.

Do very still retrospectively cancel voucher codes if they weren't directly issued to the person who used it?

Cheers buddy, of course...we all know they may claw the cash back later but might as well, something to look forward to sorting out in the new year :p

Ahhh didn't work as old account reactivated, oh well I'll wait until the letters come hounding me and use then :)
#20
ha, i voted hot and it went cold!!

its a good deal.
#21
you cant please all the people all the time, voted hot because the thought was there :)
#22
Given that 'oh I found a Porche for tuppence cos it had the wrong sticker on in Abergenvy Tescos' always gets voted hot, the coolness for this deal is bizarre.

I can't get a Very account, but it's a great deal for those that have one. Even if it is a Seagate drive that I'd not buy anyway.

Sorry but I will always vote cold on Very/Littlewoods after someone internally opened a credit account in my name & then charged expensive items to deliver to an address 150 miles away ! To make things worse I'd only made one purchase in the past from them & paid in full at the time
