That is not USB powered. So a competely different product.

With quidco its tempting. Without, id say its ok as it was 39.99 at dixons a few weeks ago.

careful with quidco, bestbuy didn't honor their £6.67 cashback. they declined it! There was no reason to decline it since i paid full price for my item.

I also found that when I used Quidco I had cashback declined a few times. I've not had any problems with TopCashBack. I think although not as pretty as the Quidco site, I'm more likely to get my cashback and I don't have to pay for the service...

After working for seagate for 2 years i would never buy a seagate hard drive after seeing their quality control or should i say the lack of it.

That one is mains powered, which is ok for some but not for others. Still a good price for 500gb

Better spec?? That one you just bought is mains powered with a chunky plug, the one posted is USB powered. My experience of a USB one (2.5 inches) V a mains powered one (3.5 inches) is that the USB powered ones are quieter.

for all those with quidco/tcb "horror stories" do you always clear all cookies/history before signing into the cashback site prior to making the purchase, if not your asking for trouble?

I work with affiliate sites (which both of these are) on behalf of my clients and knock back/don't approve hundreds on "sales" a month because of this?
#33

I use a seperate browser for quidco and I still had problems with my Bestbuy/quidco cashback claim. I would advise people to use Topcashback to be on the safe side.
