Seagate Barracuda Green Hard Drive 2.0 TB 5900 RPM SATA 6 Gb/s 64 MB (Internal) (ST2000DL003) - 3 Year Warranty - £66.64 delivered + possible 3% Quidco/Topcashback @ Oyyy.Co.UK
I know Seagate aren't everyone's cup of tea and I don't know if Oyyy have mistaken the warranty, however it clearly states on their website 3 year warranty and ultimately your contract is with them not Seagate. However all that aside £66.64 delivered seems a fantastic price. I needed two for my server build in which case the price is only £64.84.

All I know is I've ordered and taken screen shots of my order and the page stating the warranty, should I need to claim I can provide information to Oyyy, should they refuse then will make a chargeback from my credit card. :D
You could pickup 2 and get 4TB for about the price of a 3TB disk.
Lol, I noticed that. Maybe only I think they are worth buying, or they don't have real time stock which isn't the best.

Not sure you can chargeback that far back? isnt there a limit of 6 months?
[EDIT] found this
Conditions and requirements of chargeback
The main requirement for compensation is evidence that there has been a breach of contract.
There is also a time limit on claims - Visa, for example, sets a 120 day time limit which starts from the day you are aware of a problem. In the case of tangible goods that you've purchased from a shop or online it would therefore be from the day you receive the items.
If booking flights, should the airline go out of business, the breach of contract would be from the day the flight was due to depart. However, if airline had told you at an earlier date that the flight would not be going ahead, the conditions would not apply.
