Ok they are second hand, but if you are looking for some old music to load onto your iPod/mp3, then you could bag a bargain.

There are dozens of albums available for under a £1 with some as little as 20p, and that includes delivery (less than the cost of a stamp!) When you search, remember to click 'available to buy online' and search by 'low to high price', it does appear that most of the titles are under Rock and Pop.

Amongst others, I found albums by the following, all delivered for 50p:

Lenny Kravitz
Tom Jones
George Michael
Seahorses
Lightning Seeds
Jamiroquai
Beautiful South
Prince
Erasure
Texas
REM
David Gray
Blur

Minimum Total Order Value is £2.00

Please note that your basket must contain a minimum of £2 worth of products before you can place your order.

Cheers Robot, I didn't see that, I'll add it to the description.

tbh anything good isn't that cheap (for second hand) and I wouldn't risk buying with CEX.

I know, they are cheap (sometimes) but last two items I have bought from them have been scratched to.. you get the idea.

well I think its cheap - some of the cd;s are cheaper than you can find at the car boot sales - and the dvd's on there are cheaper than they are in the FS forum on here!

Thanks, Ive placed an order, lets see how it goes xxxxxxx

Hot deal, put a load in my basket, came to about £10, but when I went through what I'd actually ordered I wasn't that bothered as was only buying them cause they were cheap - probably would never get listened too - so changed my mind and didn't order.

So rip them to your hard-drive and them bung them in a drawer. I hate paying for MP3 downloads as the quality is so poor (fine for an iPod but useless for a good stereo) and yet they often cost as much or more than the same tracks on CD.

I'll continue buying CDs (new or SH) and ripping them to MP3 and FLAC for my own use until they make better quality downloads (.wav files or 24bit master quality) available.

Ugh, been looking up cheap DVDs, even after choosing the "available online" option, there's still loads that come up as '0 available' and suggest the stores I can buy it from. CBA.

Ordered three CDs only two arrived, one of those had wrong CD in case.
Only after I inquired by email did they tell me that the CD that didn't arrive they were unable to source (although Paypal is still indicating that I was charged for it).
Their email response asked me to return to them which is going to be a royal pain in the backside as I'm house-bound (wheelchair) at the moment with no means of transportation to Post Office.
All this for a CD purchased for £1.

Oh well, life's a gamble, better than rotting in a hole in Peru.
