Poor marketing campaign. Sonic 3 never made it to the MS/GG - instead it got Sonic Chaos (where we could finally play as Tails!), which I got one christmas and completed on the same day. Bah.

Alex Kidd was class. Gotta to get this!

Hot - there are some real classics on there, take me back to the day. I've still got my ORIGINAL Master System including phasar gun ...

Pit there's no Wonderboy 1/2/3, or Psycho Fox, or racing games but worth it for Alex Kidd and Sonic games. I think the Megadrive one with the built-in screen is better overall, as it has Streets Of Rage 1/2/3 for a start but still very good deal.
#10
Will keep me entertained for at least 5 mins
#11
reserved one at lakeside, theres one left at Basildon if that helps anyone

still have my MS but these plug and play things are great, saves the hassle of setting it all up for the 5 mins it'd actually get played!
#12
I've managed to find 1 locally and have reserved. Any reviews of this product? I'm just wondering what the games are like.

I remember the snail game, apparently it was a secret hidden game, but the console came packaged with instructions on how to find it!

While it's a good price, note that they admit on that page it's been £8 before, so only "Less than half price" in a strict legal sense.

haha I got it for christmas too, and also completed it that day. :santa:

Had to use the gamegear mains charger so I was kinda restricted with where I could sit. Kinda ironic for a handheld portable gaming machine. :whistling:

OMG so many users remember Psycho Fox!! I thought I was all alone :)

Haha I remember playing that and Prince of Persia amongst others on the master system.

Where I work a customer was interested in the latest Prince of Persia and I referred to the ps2 2004 version and than the master system 1990 version and he looked at me gone out lol

Yes, I sat near a mains socket. Went through two power adaptors and eventually my Game Gear gave up - the on/off switch broke entirely and no soldering-jockey's were able to repair it :(

I was so close to finishing Crystal Warriors as well. But I did finish it on the emulator on my DS, lol.
