In my opinion a very good value automatic watch. retains some of the looks of a grand seiko at a value price with a bomb proof Seiko 4R36 movement. only downside is the crown is push in and not screw in.

I'd like the seiko sarb033 but that costs 298 pounds shipped from japan. ultimately a finer movement but at 160 pounds more, they do look very similar other than the day/date complication

Nice watch. but having 2 eco drives and a seiko auto and a pulsar auto - maybe i have enough?

Looks great on a black leather strap.
Had one in the basket hovering over the button but the head kicked in and pointed out I've already got one very similar.
Good deal though

Yeah why do seikos always have naff looking metal bracelets? If this was already on black or brown leather I'd buy it!

I think most of the bracelets are okay and at least the bracelet will not wear out as rapid as the leather, but you get what you pay for ultimately.. more expensive watch - better quality bracelet.

Read that if you're wondering if this is a good deal or not.
Second page has it on a black strap and it looks marvellous.

I don't need a dressy watch like this but if I did I'd be all over this very classy Seiko.
Also known as the Seiko Presage SARY057 if you want to google it.

yeah, I read the watchuseek post before I bought it. I've been looking for a good Seiko in line with the sarb033 but this at 140 pounds seemed very good. I personally prefer a steel bracelet, but I will wait and see until this arrives to see what it is like on the wrist first. It kind of has the looks of a rolex oyster perpetual datejust but obviously a hell of a lot cheaper and not of the same quality.
