Last time when someone posted this deal at £24, the deal got some good heat and soon was out of stock.

So good news for the people who missed this deal, now back with a cheaper price.

Absolute bargain at this price imho and a great stocking filler.

Grab this time before the stock finishes.

Why pay more for a less attractive watch?

I have this watch, and for me the most annoying thing, is the minuscule amount of luminous paint used on the dial - may as well have not bothered, as it's impossible to read the time in the dark. Mind you, not that easy during the day either...

Looks nice though.

Brought it at the £24 price, a lovely watch...well worth the money

I was very impressed with the price, but having bought one and had it for less than a week, the leather loops that hold the strap have both broken. Will be returning to Amazon for a refund I'm afraid. Wasn't expecting life time use for that price but thats rediculous.

That said, the watch face is very nice. If you want to replace the strap with something more sturdy I'd recommend this watch.

good price, nice watch

For that price you cant go wrong, even if you end up buying a new strap - amazed at some of the niggly criticisms

Any else owning the watch had strap problems?

What do the dials mean & does anyone ever rely on or use them?

Thanks OP ordered for a Christmas pressie for me. The Brass one is undoubtedly a better watch but its just so ugly!!

Cannyscot, I believe that you will find Amazons' description is inaccurate.I think you'll find it is actually Quartz controlled. You wont need to wind it up.

The Tachymeter on the crown (ring surrounding the face) is your speed in mph. You time yourself over a mile, stop the timer when you hit the mile marker and the second hand tells you what speed you travelled at over a mile.

For those wondering how you know when you've travelled a mile, it's normally used in competition with mile markers or some other external way of measuring the distance.

There is a more accurate tachymeter scale on the actual watch face too.

The bottom dial and left side dial are the stopwatch: the bottom dial would show seconds and the left dial the minutes that have past.

The dial on the right, I think is a 24hr clock indication. The watch image in post #1 shows the time at about 10 to 2 and the right hand dial shows as nearly on 14 - so it's 10 to 2 in the afternoon or 13:50. Hope this helps!

I bought the watch in post #18 and found the stopwatch very useful.
