I was in WHSmith in Reading today, and was hoping to get Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess for 50% off (it was marked up at £24.99). However, when the girl scanned it, she told me it was £7. Game are selling pre-owned at £24.99! I also managed to bag House of the Dead:Overkill for £10. They had others too.

My WHSMITH Pontefract stopped selling dvds games music in the summer wonder if they are getting rid of the media side and concentrating on stationary

I thought all WH Smith's had stopped selling DVD's and Games? My local ones (Norwich) don't stock games or DVD's anymore. Apparently couldn't compete with the bigger stores....

hot deal if you can find stock in your local, problem is this wont be nationwide, smiths have had a clear out of games for about 6 mnths, most of them have no gaming left.

This is a great price..

I purchased this for around £24.00 and only used it for one thing for less than 5 minutes...

The game has always held its value for 2 reasons, 1st the game and second the files which are on the disk.. :x

Im sure some of you will know what im talking about... if not.. google it..

But as you don't need the files any more for the 2nd reason, the only reason to buy it now is to play it.

Hoping my bro who's in town ATM is able to pick up this bargain. Got a Wii this December so have been looking around for bargains of good old games for it. Hopefully this deal will help.

None in my WHS. In fact they hardly had any game stock at all, and what they did have was overpriced.

No WHSmith in edinburgh city centre surprisingly and not in stock at my local WHSmith. They didn't have much stock either for games but had decent prices.

Did anyone manage to pick one up? I've looked in a LOT of WH Smiths and those that sell games don't have Zelda. I've only just got a Wii and would like a new version of the game. There's loads of preowned about but I fancy the unopened one! Would anyone be willing to pick me up one if they find it?

Great price if you can find some in stock :/

Good price just wish my local WHS still had games but they got rid off them a year ago without selling them off cheap but they still sell DVD's but they are overpriced.

The last two copies from the Sheffield store have gone (as I've just bought them), but they still had at least 3 copies of Mario Kart and a load of other games too at half price!
