In this weather you could do with a heated cod piece If you're daft enough to cycle to work..

Buy it a couple of sizes too large, that might do it!!

You could use a well placed third glove instead of the cod piece or just go for the classic cock warmer:

AAA cells must surely last a matter of minutes in a heating application?

My mate was bought these as a joke present. The batteries die in under an hour (or something like that). It even says so in the instructions!

Better than being caught red handed

Don't bother with these.

I'm a window cleaner and bought myself these from Maplin before christmas at the same price. Novelty factor very soon wears off, battery life is no good and the heat is not great (you really need heat into the finger tips and not just the palms.)

I would suggest you buy a decent pair of neoprene gloves instead (the ones deep sea divers wear) or get a few chemical hand warmers that dunelm mill stocked a few weeks ago.

i saw these while i was in Maplins earlier today.

They were next to a £30 wired CCTV kit which is normally £80. i was going to post it but was unsure how to post deals.

Bought one of these for my wife who gets very cold at a shop that she works at - absolutely useless.

I've got a pair of these, they're rubbish, save yourself the tenner. Battery life is **** and it only heats your palm (not fingertips which is what it should be for).

Went to get a set in the Poole store today. Only large in stock unfortunately...:x
