Send your package using the major couriers. 15kg for only £5.99! (7.03 inc VAT)

Seems like a decent price.

Posted as an alternative to ParcelMonkey.

I have used them before, the courier they used (Think I had a choice but can't remember) was CityLink and it was tracked and insured.

Really good service - use these often to send boxes around the world. Easier than setting up an account with couriers and much cheaper than going direct to couriers as a one-off customer

I used these last week, highly recommended

Heat added :-D

Should say PLUS VAT in the title.

Very Misleading!!

£7.03 per parcel after end of this year.

Might be better if you changed the title.

Use them, I have and will continue to do so.

Send a message to the GPO that they have had their day and some-one else is eating thier lunch.

Strike if you must, and be man enough to accept the consequencies of your actions, the GPO does NOT have a devine right to the mail service of this country.

Not that i'm bitter and twisted mind....

The GPO already have the message that other companies are eating their breakfast, lunch and dinner and leaving them with the cheapo snacks inbetween, that's why it's going down the tubes. But hey, if it makes you happy..... rejoice away! Good deal though

Parcel Monkey is still Cheapest and if u want to send to NI then go to: www.p4d.co.uk as they are cheaper than all the others for Irish Delivery method...

I was thinking of getting a job there. How are the wages?

As you all seem more knowledgeable than me, what is the cheapest way to send a package of say up up 20kg to Germany?

I weigh 70kg and it only cost me 12pounds to get to dusseldorf and back via ryanair :)

Used to use them all the time with no problems then it just went down hill from there.
Three pickups (DHL) never came and sometimes weren't even in the system.

Last time I used them I sent a package to southern Ireland, had no response from seller so assumed they got there ok. Next thing you know I get a knock at the door and it had been returned.

I rang DHL up and said I provided all info including a phone number of the guy it was going to (which interparcel stress the importance of supplying, in fact you can't send anything without a contact number) and they said they were not given a phone number.

Contacted interparcel and was told the number only gets released when theres a problem that is brought to their attention by the sender!

But they are the cheapest going.

use these guys all the time- plenty of options depending on how fast you want to send the package. Very helpful people on the other end of the phone as well.

The UPS service is excellent but can get pricey if you want additional cover (standard cover is £50, £100 cover is an additional £2 then it jumps to £250 of cover is £5 )

They are competitively priced but its not hot as they are this price all the time......

Terrible serice!!! I ordered on the 31st December and they failed to sort my order correctly... finally got it cancelled and refunded yesterday and parcel2go collected the parcel in about 12 hours from ordering at 9pm last night!!!! And it was cheaper!

Interparcel is great and I am getting better rates than I did when I used to use my DHL account.

Remember they just broker the service of another agent so you may get DHL, UPS, Interlink or someone else, but you can see that when you book.

From my experience DHL in the UK is just dreadful. The domestic service is a mix up of DHL and Securicor Omega - it has so many divisions and bits of the company that don't talk to each other it is impossible to deal with. I used to use them because they had a depot nearby (and a very pretty girl worked at the delivery counter) but if ever there was a problem they were dreadful at sorting it out!

However I have been booking UPS through Interparcel recently and they are very reliable. So I would recommend Interparcel, but steer clear of the DHL services.

Is this to the UK only or can I get a parcel to China for this price? Thanks.

How are they they to deal with regarding any lost packages?
Do they pay out the compensation taken out on items?

Reason i ask is lost a parcel with SUPAPARCELS supplied all info needed for the claim worth £250 and never heard from them again, no reply to emails :x
So looks like they made the claim in my name and kept the compensation.
So lost £250 comp + the item in the package + price paid to SUPAPARCELS for the service with extra for insurance.
Avoid SUPAPARCELS at all costs cowboy outfit.

i've used interparcel a number of times and find the service very convenient and well-priced. usually, it is considerably cheaper than royal mail for the heavier items.

you have a choice of couriers at different prices. i've used TNT a number of times and they were excellent.

however, last time i used hermes, as they came up cheapest. this turned out to be a big mistake. they turned up to collect 2 packages and their device would not scan the barcodes i had been given, so they had to abandon the collection. i rearranged collection but they came back days later. when they eventually collected the packages, it took a further week for the delivery to be made. all together, it took around 2 weeks from arranging delivery to actual delivery! :-(

definitely worth going for the bigger, more established couriers via interparcel.

hope this helps someone,
dave

"Truly Awful - Could Not Be Bothered To Deliver The Package"

I have never experienced customer service like this in any company and in any industry.

I called in advance to inform Interparcel that the collection had to be before 3 pm. I wrote this on the order.

Once the order was made I was then told this would not be possible.

The following day interparcel did not even bother to rebook collection and this would have had to have been made on the Monday - and so the TIME SENSITIVE package would have arrived 5 days late.

I had paid for the next day delivery.

The "customer services" of interparcel are liars, incompetant and totally useless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
