THIS WORK?
Depends.... does it contract and work your muscles... Yes.
Will it give you a pack abs? NO! Not even kind of!!

If you're after an improved physique, in particular defined abs you'd be better spending the £43 on a session with a trainer who's an expert in nutrition to give you the honest truth about nutrition, diet and physique.

Ab definition is all about body fat %. Unless you have the diet to make that happen you could do 1000 sit-ups a day with that belt on full power 24-hours a day and it won't make the blindest bit of difference.

Hmm tempted at this price as this will no doubt be well needed after the 'Christmas bulk'. However, the results don't look that good - even from the promo video (which retailers usually tend to milk a bit as we all know):

Any reviews from any reputable HUKDers?

I have the one for females and if I'm quite honest. ..I love it. Although customer service is SH*T if there are any problems. I'd say find an alternative if you're prone to faulty things..but they defo work BUT only if you lose that fat round or belly ppl. I have abs but using alongside a bit of exercise AND healthy eating. Don't go for a battery one though otherwise you'll be forever buying batteries. So yeah. This works. :D but you gotta put in a bit of effort too.

You'll shed pounds alright... £43 of them that you'll never see again.

If you've got a smart phone, get yourself MyFitnessPal for free (available for IOS and Android) and start tracking what you eat each day. Do it for a week and see if you think something like this is going to make any difference.

If abs were this simple, everyone would be walking around like they're on Venice beach. There is only one way to 6-pack abs. Diet and Exercise; and it's about 80% diet and 20% exercise at that.

Yeah good idea hook it up to your iPhone and use it for additional battery life :p

After photo looks like he's tensing up while getting tazered from behind.

Useless... Get your body fat down to 10% or so - male average around 20%.. You will not have abs on show unless you make lifestyle changes.

Dont even bother with lots of cardio - change your diet and you'll shed the lbs.... Ditch the carbs - lots of chicken beef and fish... Less crap.

Protein protein protein...

Totally agree.... but the lazy lardy-carb lovers would rather eat face-fulls of Pasta/Rice/Potatoes to pass the time hoping for a miracle pill/device to chisel their midsections out. Aint never going to happen.

But hey... it's bulking season :)
