Sorry, cancel before they take your 2nd quarter direct debit and it equates to £10.15, even if you get the 2nd direct debit taken before you cancel, £20.30 is still cheap for CX300's and 6 issues of What Hi-Fi? magazine.

Just to clear up any misunderstandings - Yes, you can get a quarterly direct debit subscription to What Hi-Fi? for £8.75. Yes, the £10.15 quarterly offer using the code M077P is more, but you get the Sennheiser headphones as part of that. It doesn't say anything about that online, but I got the code out of the July issue of What Hi-Fi? (page 178 I think from memory).
Take the £10.15 offer and cancel the direct debit with your bank (I can do this easily online with my bank) after the 1st payment has been taken and 3 months and 1 day after you sign up to the offer. If you still want to receive What Hi-Fi? after that, re-sign up for the £8.75 offer with no gifts.

The headphones are good and cost about £18 at Amazon / Play.com

Good deal if you have the time and remember to cancel.

Cheers, Dio

Bad math skills m8: £10.15+£10=£20.15 (if you cancel after 3 months).
The headphones cost £17.10 or less (delivered): http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sennheiser-CX300-Ear-Canal-Headphones/dp/B000E6G9RS/ref=sr_1_3/202-9792606-4888658?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1181494052&sr=1-3

£10.15 for 3 months, but the price for that without offer is £8.75 so thats an extra £1.40 for the "free" headphones. Good offer if you were going to buy the subscription anyway.

whats the extra £10 your adding on for?

People, read the post before asking questions!!!

If you cancel your subscription within 3 months of subscribing, you'll be charged a cancellation fee of £10.

So what your saying is DONT! use the code and get 3 issues for £8, then cancel and you get free Senneiser headphones?

So 3 issues+ Headphones for £8.00? No?

With code its coming out at £10 odd?
#8
Do you have to use code or NOT?

Use code = 3 Issues @ £10 + free headphones = getting headphones for £1. odd

Without code = 3 Issues @ £8 + No Free Headphones

Is that right?

If you cancel within 3 months, you pay a penalty of £10.

After the 3 months, a second quarterly sub will be taken from you, hence you will have paid £20.30.

That's how I read it.

Except that they will charge you more than £10.15 after the first 3 months! I went through a test order and no information was displayed anywhere about what you pay after 3 months (the price for the first 3 months is a promotional price!) and what the exact cancellation fees are!
If I were you I wouldn't risk my money for a pair of CX300 which you can get for 17 quid @ amazon!;-)
