very good headphones. my wife got me these for my birthday 2 weeks ago from play for £13.42 (or abouts!)
also a good buy is the pink sennheiser cx300 for £7.99 on play (though now up to £8.99). i got these as well! will only be used indoors though!

I got these last week but it's pretty quiet (need to turn volume right up) and the bass isn't very loud. Is this normal or could it be a faulty pair?

just tried them with my iphone 3G.comfortable volume is about half way (full is to load!) & they are bassy enough for me.

I have these and would agree they are very quiet. Would probably need an extra powered amp to get proper use of them.

Hi, how long is the cable on these, my cd system is about 4-5 metres across the room.
#6
Awesome, was looking for a pair for my dad! Ordered.

I got a pair of these last week £11.20ish from Amazon. Sounds quality is pretty good (could have some punchier bass) and the noise isolation is better than my Sony's but like others have said really quiet. I have to leave my player on full volume and I still want a little more which I have found pretty disappointing. :(

I would expect them to be a bit quiet until you 'run them in', what I did was left them playing various genres of music constantly for about a day, maybe longer lol. After that you notice they really improve. :)

The cable is 3m long. Try searching for "indoor headphones", they tend to have much longer cables.

;)

ordered with the belkin extension, cheers

These are decent enough - just checked and I paid £11.88 for these exactly 3 years ago. The cable is very long and the join between the two wires is coming apart but they still work fine. Cold though as Im sure for the money you must be able to get an updated version.

These fluctuate in price all the time, you can pick them up for £10 if you're patient enough. Certainly worth £13.95 but luke-warm for me as these will definitely dip again.

poundland do extension cables if anyone needs them

They were £11 on Amazon a few days ago.

Are these any good with noise isolation? One of my flatmates is annoyingly noisy so I'm looking for a pair of headphones to block out noise. Are budget ones like these any good, or is it best just going straight for the ~£40-50 ones?

Excellent headphones. Bought them at xmas for me 6yr old and they fit small heads too. For those wanting more bass, the 202 are preferred.

Got these for about £12 from amazon a few weeks ago. Good heapdhones for the money but cold deal as they are always around this price or better.
#21
Got these for my 10 year old at Xmas , you can buy a lot worse for more! Also saw them in currys at 34.99.....not worth that.
#22
I got these the last time they were mentioned. They sound so flat, you need an equaliser to boost the bass and make them sound normal. Basically, you can't feel the music.
#23
are there any better headphones (big ones like these, not earphones) that are under £20??
#24
good headphones, always been this price on amazon though

Heat added

Decent build quality for the price but I'm sad to say these lack decent bass!
#27
My GF got me these for xmas after my sony headphones broke. Its the best headphones i've had.

These arrived yesterday, tried them out and I am impressed, no complaints and they are just right. No problems with bass etc. Great deal for me.
#29
great headphones, similar price to play but would rather go with amazon :)

From experience they provide minimal sound reduction, ear canals would do more... if you can spend ~£100 the Bose On-Ears block noticeably more, and then the active noise-cancelling even more-so..
