They're hardly cans

Just be aware that the "Innovative holding system" for these is NOT for everyone !
They hook onto a part of the ear is the best way I can describe them. Our lad here certainly did not get on with them and they're sat in a drawer.

Good price though and if you can get on with them then you have a bargain !

Does anyone know if these are any better than the CX300 II Precision Eco headphones on Play at the moment?
http://www.play.com/Electronics/Electronics/4-/10852732/Sennheiser-CX300-II-Precision-ECO-Headphones/Product.html

I have a feeling that any kind that hook onto a funny bit of the ear are bound to not fit me as none of the active/sports kind seem to ever fit! I must have funny ears :-(

Just ordered a pair, hope they are good!

good price, but i still wouldnt buy them. as someone else has said, the manner in which they are held in your ear is strange, to say the least. i found it quite painful infact. i got rid of mine after 2 weeks because it hurt too much to wear them!

that said, it could just be me and my abnormal ears.
#11
as others have posted, you need to have unique ears, haven't met anyone that i know who can wear them comfortably.

I must say I am tempted to go for a set of those. My Shure ear buds have really dissapointed me, only wore them 5 times the left ear has stopped working! Rep to you for pointing out the soundmagic pl30's get great reviews.

I bought a set of these about a year ago, had to stop using them after about a week as they were absolutely destroying my ears. Actual main round bit that goes in your ear is absolutely huge, but not big enough to be able to solidly wedge it in - the idea is to kind of twist it until the disc at the top slots into the top bit of your ear.

It doesn't work at all for me, I had to either wear it too loose where it was rattling around all the time and always falling out, with the sound being tinny and crap, or properly screw it into my ear whereupon the sound was passable but made my ears throb with pain after about 5 minutes.

Avoid - get noise-cancelling ones instead, better in every way.

I found a pair of these for £10 in PCW and I think they are quite good.
Mine have never fell out of my ears when using them .The only thing that has made me nearly bin them is the wire it's sh!te, stiff and hardly flexible.I replaced it with the leads from my iPhone earphones now I have no problems with them . Oh I nearly forgot about the fancy inline volume control, very nice.

Got a link on the mp4 nation site? All I get is a holding page.

Thanks

The £28.95 on Play is a private Playtrader - reading some of the reviews, Play's price were £9.99 for these.

As with the other comments, these are very hard to position correctly in your ears. In fact, the design seems to push them out of my ears making them sound odd and fall out often. When in correctly the sound quality is passable. Avoid personally.

HAS ANYONE ever found a pair of headphones that are good for sport? I've tried dozens, including some Sennheiser sport ones (which were the poorest, oddly).

I run and cycle a lot, ... almost at the point of glueing headphones into my ears, or giving up and just singing to myself!

Those soundmagic pl30 previously mentioned got an AV Forum good review for gym/jogging. Lots of accessories bundled with it as well judging by the pics.

Featuring pro-style over ear cabling (to reduce cable transmission noise and to provide a secure fit), the PL30 is squarely aimed at the owners who plan to be active while listening, e.g. running or in the gym.

The SoundMAGIC PL30's over ear cabling design can take some practice to get the hang of at first. The cable is designed to run up over the ear and secure at the back of the neck with the sliding cable tensioner. It sounds complicated, but it's really easy after a bit of practice.
