It is quite low - but it depends on your screen and couch.

The absolute ideal height for a TV is so that the centre of the screen is at exactly eye-level. If you have quite a low couch or your TV has quite a high stand then it could work out perfect.

People who have their TVs mounted above the fireplace etc really have their screens too high and will always be looking slightly upwards, which isn't good for the neck or the most flattering angle for the screen (particularly if it's an LCD).

How come it says " up to 60" "

but description says

"50 inches Max Suitable Flat TV Size" ?

It is very nice looking, so I have added heat as it's a great price, I just fear that wires would be showing as the rear leg is not very wide.

That's a good point, but I actually think it's wide enough. With some cable ties or, even better yet, a roll of double-sided Velcro (I got a roll from ebay) you could keep them all hidden pretty easily.

That's a difficult question :?

Firstly, one is black and one is silver. I'm really not trying to be funny but that is a preference only you can decide on based on the colour of your equipment and what suits your room. Also, the one in this thread is much wider and will hold two pieces of equipment side by side so it depends if you want something wide that will take up a lot of space and dominate or something that will just sit in the corner (the Ebuyer one).

This was a more expensive stand that has been reduced though so I'd expect it to look like a better quality product in terms of build and finish. it will also take, say, a pair of front surround speakers either side of the screen.
