Was in asda the jewel Edinburgh store earlier and got pack of 4 sesame snaps reduced to 50p. Coconut ones same price but had sold out. Bought them in Holland and Barrett before and they charge over a pound!

Check a 99p store if you have one nearby. They've had these in before in the larger packs.

Please tell me these are healthy :)

There's more glucose syrup then seeds in them, so I make my own very healthy version. Heat 2-3 spoons of honey, boil it for a couple of minutes and mix well with 1 spoon of coconut oil. Mix the liquid with 150 grams of sesame seeds and spread the mixture in a heat proof dish.

For chewy version you can cool it down in fridge, for harder one put in oven for 10-15 minutes, 180C.
