At an extra £10 a month.

:-( Thought that this was a box that meant a one-off payment for setanta!

lol I don't think that would ever happen and not at this price! :giggle:

so basically it is a freeview top up box with one months card , voted cold

I hate sport so to me this deal is ****. Having said that I still voted it HOT because i'd like to see just ONE cold voter show us where this is available cheaper. The card on its own costs £20 from comet and the liklihood of actually finding a freeview box with a card slot is miniscule, especially at £25.

I agree....those that voted this COLD dont know their ar5e from their elbow - I also would like to ask them where they can get a set top box with card slot for £25??

Voted HOT

Although you CAN get the Setanta set top box similar in Argos for £49.99 but this deal is still cheaper

Annoying but clever advert for Sultana, Banana, whatever it is called! Was keen until I saw it involved football. Voted hot for the effective £25 price tag for a slotted Freeview box though.

The £19.99 includes the £10 activation fee.
I don't think this is too shoddy a deal at all.
No reason to vote cold

Overslept

Wondering what the alternative to this is?

Want Setanta

Is the offer easy to match as I am sure Aldi will of sold them out come 9 O Clock
#19
just remember

if you get this

you cannot cancel and rejoin for free (each time you cancel there is £10 reactivation fee) so you can't just pick and choose the months you want to watch the footie (not for £9.99 a month anyway)

good luck in cancelling when you want to cancel (minimum 1 week on telephone getting very frustrated)

if you cannot pick channel up on freeview for whatever reason......minimium 1 week on telephone getting very frustrated) eventually giving up and taking it back to store

good luck!!!!!

Sign up with Virgin and get all the channels (excluding Sky) for £20.50/month, with free Setanta. You can get Sky Sports, etc. for more money :). So £10 extra/month for loads of channels.
