The pricematch code is a genuine code issued to a Price-Comparision site & is applicable only to this model :)

Hi, First time poster here.
Have to say that is a beautiful looking tv, i'm sorely tempted at that price.
I was just about to order the Hyundai 32" one, In two minds now.

I have never ever bought anything by Sharp, are their products sound?

Thanks Edi, that's a very nice deal.

Just 1 question, how can we find any price match discount code for some other products. I noticed someone used similar code (plus "PRICERN02" and "PRFREEDEL" ) for a 32" Toshiba one and successfully bring the price down from 899 to 628. I hope I can find a similar code for the product I am looking at in Currys.

Many thanks

Just ordered one of these as I've been looking for a 32" TV with all the trimmings for a while now....all I need now is a good DVD Recorder with HDMI upscaling and HDD. Has anyone got any recommendations of great deals?
#13
Just ordered one. Great price. Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced wall mount? Missed out on Aria one for £11 on AV Forums. Anyone know of any good deals?
#14
Well my new wife (6 weeks yesterday) has just authorised my purchase. It'd be rude not to take her up on her kind offer. :)

Thanks Edi. But I only have budget for small size Samsung (the LE19R71BX perticularly). There are significant price difference between Currys (GBP349) and other deals (278 in kelkoo.co.uk). Any code that I can try?
#17
Great Deal, Edi - just ordered one. Many thanks.

Depends what you're looking for Mark. 32" is the perfect size for me and the Shapr has built-in freeview, so that's also a winner for me. Horses for courses.

I tried to order the 37" sharp and after 3 times i gave up curry`s are known for letting you order yes you even get confirmation but a few days on sorry no stock ,its best to ring them up first to physically see if they have stock .

The Ones that has Ordered fingers crossed that curry`s will deliver .

Mine arrived yesterday morning. It's great!

But......

Does anyone know if it does auto input switching?

On my old telly, if you turn the telly on, then turn Sky on, the telly automatically switches to the Sky input. If you then decide you want to watch a dvd (or whatever), you turn the dvd player on, and the telly auto-senses the new input and switches to that.

I've been through the manual but there's no indication it does this.

Got mine on Saturday morning. Well pleased - picture is very bright and vibrant but you really have to sit back a good few feet to see it at its best - if you get too close the picture is very rough and blocky (or have I just not got the settings right yet?).

Sound is good and it picked up most of the freeview channels first time of asking. It seems bigger than I expected too. All in all a crackin' deal - thanks again Edi.

The price match code has expired now.
#29
Yes it does do auto switching.

I have arranged for my set to go back to Currys as I found the picture quality appauling on all sources. Moved further and further away from the set and nowt improved I figure I got a dud set. So have now ordered the Panasonic

Panasonic arrived today and WHAT A DIFFERENCE:-D
