My friend was looking at this on Wednesday.

That was £450 after cashback so it must of come down in price.

I got this TV from John Lewis to use as monitor. Is very good TV for the price.

One of these (larger screen) has just had a very favourable review in What Hi-Fi this month - should be on the shelves tomorrow

Here is a review of the 40" model:
http://www.trustedreviews.com/tvs/review/2009/10/13/Sharp-Aquos-LC-40LE600E-40in-LED-Backlit-LCD-TV/p1

seems like a nice TV but according to the review struggles a bit with motion blur.:)

It's funny that they mention motion blur so much because they do tend to suggest that it's only as bad as any other LCD in that sense. Plus it gets 8 out of 10 for picture so it can't be that bad.

If you're after a 32" screen this is an amazing deal! If you want a 40"+ screen then get a Panasonic Plasma. LCD still isn't good enough to rival plasma because of the motion blur.
