Finally decided to look for an LCD TV, spec is 37" 1080p.
This looks a very good price for this TV.

Free delivery with attached vouchers? If not, then £5.95 delivery

Anyone got this and can pass comment on this TV?

:-)

Just for £10 from the first £100, (unless you can persuade the cashier to do a split!), free delivery should work and then theres Quidco, (or maybe topcash).

I just went through most of the checkout process and it let me use the voucher for free delivery OK.

You could buy 4x £100 + 1x £50 gift vouchers and save £45.

Just realised it's home delivery only, don't know if the vouchers work online.

This is online only for home delivery, so would this work with vouchers? Could I order this instore then?

If your company/employer is part of Motivanos discount scheme, you can get this TV for the same price with a 5 year warranty.

Bought the 42" version of this telly earlier this year. Paid £999 but it did come with a free Blu-ray player. Very happy with it; great picture with PS3 games & movies or Sky HD box. Sound aint too bad either even with movies altho obviously nowhere as good as dedicated speakers. One downside if you are a fiddler is there is limited calibration possiblities but the standard settings are good enuff, for me at least. Finally, there aint many better looking sets out there due, I think, to the small frame as the screen goes darn well to the edge. Enjoy if you buy guys!

It's been replaced by a half price TV stand wth the looks of it.

Free 3 year warranty leaflet posted within 7 days of product delivery when you buy this TV. Offer ends 16th January 2009
.

I think the warranty is automatically added to the order as there is no way of selecting it even though the offer does not end until 16th Jan 09.
The stand you need to pay for so its an option.

Should be added to title 3 yr warranty included.
Worth approx £80 - £100

I've read some reviews of this (there aren't many), and it's not meant to be a very good tv. If you don't nessicarily need 37", i still think a 720p 32" sony or samsung (pixmania have a sale on) is better, considering you'll spend about £100 less, still with a 3 or 5 year warrenty (try richer sounds).

to ellaborate:

responce time when using the remote is really poor
sound quality isn't great
some people have reported image issues with the whole range (banding)

Unless you have both TVs in your home, how can you compare ? I don't have a Sony or Samsung, therefore can't comment on their quality, however I do have this TV and think it's excellent quality. I also have a Philips and a my folks have a Toshiba, and for quality I think this TV comes in slightly better (maybe because the others are only 720p).

sunshine, it was just my opinion based upon reviews stating there were issues with this tv...
