HD Ready 1080p -- That doesn't make sense; either it displays 1080p, in which case its "Full HD" or it is "HD Ready", in which case it only displays 1080i and lower...

Can you direct me to any review site? I'm quite keen in buying this television but don't want to invest only for a year. We've have one sharp 32" LCD tv in our office reception which no one bothers to turn off -- and its been running for over 2 and a half years with no dead pixels.

My 32' lcd went a green colour after 15 months that was a few years back when we paid top dollar, so will not even consider sharp.

ok then i wouldn't worry abt one off case

Won't the warranty cover such stuff as color defects? How long is the warranty?
#8
I think it comes with 1 year warranty but with £49 extra you can get 3 years warranty

have a look on avforums for issues - banding is the main one

price seems good - maybe the newer ones are better
