This been a trimmer means it's not a shaver?
As in removing the beard rather than leaving a certain amount?
yes its trimmer not shaver - stubble not clean

I have this one myself, it's a decent trimmer and the heads are easily replaceable. It's also quick to charge, super easy to clean especially with water and lasts quite a bit, I get about 3-4 shaves from one charge.

Downsides is the precise trimmer to do sides, it's a bit fiddly to handle being an extension of the whole trimmer. Second is the beard settings are too far apart, ie 1, 3, 5, 7 etc, if you want precise trims to the millimetres this isn't the one for you.

The cruzer 6 has the precise trimmer, I believe the cruzer 5 doesn't just to note

I tried the air floss which i think replaces this, its weak to the point that doesn't seem to do anything so I returned it. A friend has this and its powerful and effective and u control the bursts rather than the new one which only gives very tiny bursts of mostly air, this u can hold it down and get a stream of water or mouthwash.
Bit too powerful for my liking. I have one but haven't used it much.
can anyone comment on this product. any good?

I had a waterpik as a gift one year. It was excruciating to use with cold water and there was no chance of me putting any water in from the hot tap because it's not fresh enough (gravity fed system). If anyone is considering this deal or a waterpik then if they have sensitive teeth I'd say don't bother.

yes I put warm water in mine. fresh is still ok just notbcold water

anyone go any deals for the EW-DJ40 OUT THERE
008
Good price to try one out, however the EW-DJ40 is the better choice, as comes with built in rechargeable power and the jets seem to be more consistent while using..Bear in mind, that you would really only benefit from one of these AFTER the £50 hygienist visit, combine one of these with 2 times a day brushing and 1 or 2 times a day "Oil Pulling" and you will have a lovely set of Gnashers again 8)http://www.kashififzaal.com/Umair_project/images/teeth-animation.gif
Hhhm OIL PULLING. a very quick bit of research on Google has opened my eyes. I can't beleive this is not promoted by dentists as besides removing hundreds of thousands of bacteria from your teeth and gums via swishing coconut oil and spit out the bacteria filled oil after x amount of minutes swilling .
Don't ever think your teeth/gums are clean as a clean mouth will still have around one hundred thousand bacteria and a dirty mouth up to a billion . all these bacteria can end up inside our bodies potentially causing major health issues later on

No I'm not the seller I bought one.
It's a deal cause it's the cheapest out there DOOH........
sainsbury sells this one for 25 and 1000 one for 35
The toothbrush may be a good price although many shops are selling half price. All other prices same as Rrp . Are you the seller?
These come with a 2 or 3 year warranty, that'll be why they replaced it for you. Also the 600 series has generally been going up around the 12.99 price tag quite a few times, how is this a deal if you don't mind me asking?

Can I ask why this is cold? Is it a rubbish shaver or expensive? Or even both?!

I'm not sure about this model as it has two contrasting reviews, the £40 3 blade version looks decent for a daily shaver, if I brought this one I would probably use it for holidays tbh.
Quite tempted to get one of these, how close of a shave do they give?
I went for this one
Not the best shaver, I have the same more or less model... they tend to just change the numbers around but they are all similar.

Mine was advertised about 4-5 years ago as finally a shaver that can shave in one go, cost about £80 if I recall.

No such thing, you will need to run it 5-6 times across the face for a clean and smooth shave.

Its still a very good shaver, build solid to last decades it feels, cleans easily and shaves close mine still works well after 5 years
and using the original parts. Its top is made of steel and very robust.

I tried to change the battery but discovered it uses some weird special batteries inside, not normal rechargeable batteries and no spare parts on ebay or google, otherwise it needs more charging more often. One charge gets about 3-4 shaves I would say. After 3-4 years expect that to decrease to 2-3 due to battery wear.

Still way better then my brauns and Remington I had in the past. And for the price its still a good buy.

Guys just thought I give people a heads up. This toothbrush will be on Amazon's Lightning Deals today (as mentioned before) likely to be less than £60 so may be worth checking out.

This is a superb toothbrush def recommend got mine off amazon daily deals for £55 last week, its on daily deals every other week

Same here, got mine for £55 too off Amazon, amazing toothbrush! Just hold out a couple of days and I'm sure Amazon will have this on their lightning deals next week as they have done for the past few weeks.

According to The Cameliser, the lowest Amazon have charged was £59.99 last December!

I think the reason it doesn't come up is because the Lighting Deal lasts for a couple of hours only and furthermore these toothbrushes sell out within less than 5 minutes!! I just about managed to get my order in on Monday, but I think its been around 2 weeks running that they have had these at less than £55 so keep an eye out on Amazon's Lightning Deals page.

Wasn't aware of that, all the low prices & mis-prices (no matter how brief) I have seen on Amazon have showed up on Camaliser !

Thank you for taking the time to participate on the forums. The price has been amended as the listed deal price should be the price you have to actual pay the retailer to purchase the item before any retrospective discounts/cashbacks are applied, thanks again. MissGem

if it could store at least 2 brushes then it would have been a good product to get for people who share an electric toothbrush and swap the heads.
ordered and heated, thanks op.

amazon.co.uk do not sell this product, they are all marketplace sellers including shavers.co.uk for 14 quid delivered.

remember to check out through topcashback for 4.54% - 5.55% cashback!
we got a fab deal on sonicare toothbrush - twin pack with the uv sanitiser on amazon. keep eyes peeled for deals as they keep changing the price. we love ours hubby was told that teeth were in good shape since he started using it
"kill the bacteria on the brush head which helps cause tooth decay"

Ok, firstly, hot, cos it is a deal, but c'mon, you brush your teeth to reduce tooth decay and now you're told that that brush can actually cause tooth decay.

Anyway, save your cash and follow the advice on this webpage, which includes boiling the head for 5 mins !
