I had these on my last bike (which was stolen) - they're pretty good levers once you get used to the way they woek, sometimes a little awkward but overall they were good. At this price you'd be mad not to!

+ 4% quidco.

The other kits do appear to come with the hoses and oil-which you would normally need if installing these.

Only the one from Winstanleys, but how much could hoses & mineral oil cost? It'd have to be £75 to actually put you off the deal.

Are you sure these are the complete lever/shifter combo?
According to the CRC site, this offer is for the brake levers only.....

Where does is say that? The item title says dual, the picture is clearly of the dual and the description also says dual.

A bit misleading by CRC.

I think they mean the levers (RH & LH) without the reservoirs.

IF you read the review.....
"Phil from United Kingdom Owner 03 October 2010 22:24

These are a steal. you get a pair exactly as shown in the picture, brake resevoir and all. i bought a pair just to stick in a drawer coz im sad like that!"
So cheap and good! I like mine but just sometimes not as sharp as other makes!

Misleading indeed "121850 In Stock Pair L&R - Levers Only £17.98 RRP £99.99"

Still not sure myself

The description and all the reviews seem to suggest you get both left and right, which would be an absolute steal, I've got these on my MTB and they're great, takes a bit of getting used to because the levers 'wobble' more than you might be used to, but they're excellent once you have.

You can purchase without risk anyway. Crc are great so you won't need to quote rights if not what you expected.

hahaha, thats funny. Worryingly i too have looked at this with interest and have no bike etc.
#14
i use CRC all the time... this is a pair. they are cheap because few people like the dual control design, and because LX is a discontinued groupset. they are most likely not boxed (OEM/bare).

you need to buy calipers, rotors and mechs etc separately!

The innertubes look a good price, just bought a box of 10 for road and MTB, The presta valve MTB's are rarely cheap.

i've got these on my decathlon rock rider.
can't get on with them at all. and yes i've persevered with them for quite a while. if it wouldnt cost me a small fortune i'd swap them off.

Ordered!

I'll keep them in reserve, in case I ever want to change to a Shimano rear mech.

I've just had them delivered - you definitely get the full assembly, not just the levers.

Amazing value !
