I thought with the recent cracking bike deals on hukd some might be interested in these, just fitted them on my Giant Yukon and they're brilliant, you really do have the best of both worlds, clipless or flat.

Amazing low priced SPD pedal for all round use including tough freeride and off-road use. Lightweight and supportive pedal with high impact resin cage for greater foot stability. Features a pop-up bi nding mechanism for easy entry and release. Pedal can be used with normal shoes, as the binding is pushed flat and the resin cage supports the shoe. Cr-Mo spindle with low maintenance sealed bearing cartridge axle. Cleat tension adjustment. Weight: 472g.

Love these pedals, the extra weight is well worth it when you come off on a steep climb. Leave your mates behind while they're still trying to clip-in..
I have these and they're pretty flexible I got them as having never used clipless peddles before I wanted the option to use without having to use my cycling shoes. While they are usable with regular trainers or shoes they aren't the most comfortable as you can feel the cleat socket raised slightly. I suspect now I'd just go the whole hog and get the smaller lighter ones without the bear cage.
