Lol I've spds on my road bike too, saves walking like a constipated penguin when you get off.

I just have some square pieces of plastic that clip in to my clips so I can wear normal shoes when I take my bike to work (i.e. every day)

I would wear clip shoes, but I'm not really racing to work if you know what I mean
