I'm not surprised they're selling this utter pile of excrement cheap. This must be the only film I've ever turned off just from watching the first 5 minutes....

I really enjoyed this movie - utterly unbeleivable and laughable but full of over the top action and kind of meant to be this way too. Not for everyone I agree but it does look amazing in HD.

This is a great film, the scene where he abseils the staircase is suberb :D

it's great - a bit of fun! Got it for £12 somewhere a few weeks back, sold it for £15 on flea bay

The film is a lemon, complete and utter non-sensical garbage. It is honnestly the worst film I have seen in recent years. The only reason I watched it all of the way through was because I really couldn't believe how poor it really was - I sat there laughing at it (not because it's a funny film) with my wife. Clive Owen has caused himself massive career damage with this pooop.

Do not be put of by the views of people saying it is not a good film, yes it is not going to win any oscars, but it is just a very good tongue in cheek action film in the vain of John Woo's Hard Boiled. Just sit back switch your brain off and enjoy this non stop action film.

On the IMDB website this film gets a user rating of 7.1/10 (30,059 votes).

The RottenTomatoes website gives it 6.2/10 saying:- "As preposterous and over-the-top as Shoot 'Em Up may be, its humor and non-stop action make for a very enjoyable film."

Cracking film IMO.

Very inventive so a little bit of originality as well. It's nothing more than a bit of fun, turn the lights out, turn the amplifier up and just enjoy it.

If you like action films then this is a self aware action film, much like the way scream was to horror films.

yeah it's great - it's not supposed to be serious and real life like
#9
Seems popular as it's up to £13.95 now.
#10
truly awful film

I thought this was a good film, anyone who enjoyed "Crank" with Jason Statham should like this also, anyone who takes this film even remoteley seriously is far to sensible and straight laced, I mean for god sake, it's not like John Rambo could actually kill that many people without dying, or Arnie in Commando and several other such films, this is just an extension to the base ideas of such classics that we enjoyed in the late 80's early 90's, films like this are FUN, nothing more to it than that!

Mike..
